I. The Director must hold or be willing to obtain a Valid Director's License for the state of Texas.

II.    Additional qualifications to be reviewed & approved by the Search Team:
 

    1.  The Director demonstrates a personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior & Lord.

    2.  Successful teaching and administrative experience

    3.  Experience in an Early Childhood setting

    4.  Ability to relate enthusiastically on a professional and personal basis

    5.  Evidence of professional growth as a life-long learner

    6.  Demonstrated examples of proactive leadership

    7.  Competent financial/budget manager

Messiah's Kids Preschool

The Messiah Kids Preschool is an outreach ministry of Messiah Lutheran Church, welcoming children of all faiths and beliefs. It is wholly owned by and governed under the direction of Messiah Lutheran Church.

The school is a Christian non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality preschool services

to all children of our local community.

​

As such, the Director ensures that basic Christian beliefs and values are included in the total curriculum and taught to all children who attend the school.
